Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous airport or customer service experience preferred
- previous baggage handling experience preferred
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must have reliable telephone and transportation
- must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- must be able to lift, carry, and hold up to 75 lbs
- must be able to communicate clearly in English verbally and in writing
- must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- must have US citizenship or necessary work authorization

Job Duties
- Meet and greet outbound passengers at terminal entrance
- determine service need and check luggage
- direct passengers to gate and input checked baggage into baggage system
- provide special service such as courtesy chairs, bags, and carts
- offer general information and flight details to passengers
- meet inbound flights to provide passenger assistance
- transport checked and oversized baggage to appropriate locations
- handle passengers property carefully
- maintain compliance with government and company regulations
- communicate effectively with supervisor and airline staff
- attend meetings and training sessions
- adhere to uniform and company policies
- perform additional duties as required
