- 1+ years of prior relevant experience with VIP Services, Front Desk, or Concierge preferred

Job Duties
- Assist VIP casino, hotel, and convention guests with check-in, check-out, concierge requests, and personalized service needs
- Provide expert recommendations on dining, entertainment, nightlife, and local attractions
- Promote and enroll guests in MGM Rewards to enhance loyalty and engagement
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and memorable experiences
- Maintain cashiering responsibilities including cash handling, billing inquiries, credit card authorizations, and casino comp processing
- Monitor suite occupancy, manage out-of-service rooms, and coordinate upgrades in alignment with availability and policy
- Provide business center support including faxing, copying, emailing, and facilitating shipping requests
- Communicate clearly and professionally through phone, email, and in-person interactions
