- Minimum one year culinary or related experience
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to guest orders and established recipes
- Ensure food production, portion, and presentation standards are met consistently
- Maintain strong knowledge of health codes and adhere to safety protocols
- Demonstrate full understanding of knife cuts and animal breakdown
- Complete mise en place and setup stations for lunch and dinner service
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment properly
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
