Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year culinary or related experience
  • Valid work authorization in the United States
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health codes and food safety standards
  • Physical ability to perform kitchen tasks

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to guest orders and established recipes
  • Ensure food production, portion, and presentation standards are met consistently
  • Maintain strong knowledge of health codes and adhere to safety protocols
  • Demonstrate full understanding of knife cuts and animal breakdown
  • Complete mise en place and setup stations for lunch and dinner service
  • Operate and clean kitchen equipment properly
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
