Job Requirements
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years cooking experience in a professional kitchen
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Job Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of professional cooking experience
- Strong interpersonal and team player skills
- Work authorization in the United States
Job Duties
- Run the day-to-day operation of assigned kitchen station
- Complete mise en place and set-up station for lunch and/or dinner service
- Operate, uphold and properly clean kitchen equipment
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
- Collaborate with culinary team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to company food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in inventory management and food preparation as needed
