Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- front line leadership experience
- flight line and systems integration experience
- active secret clearance with recent investigation
- ability to obtain special program access
- aero industry experience
- US citizenship
- willingness to work second shift 4pm-2:30am
- ability to work onsite in Palmdale, CA
Job Qualifications
- Front line leadership experience
- flight line, system checkout, and systems integration experience
- active secret clearance with investigation within last 5 years
- ability to obtain and maintain special program access
- aerospace industry experience
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- familiarity with AFTO Form 781 and DCMA instruction 8210 requirements
- experience with represented/union workforce
Job Duties
- Supervises the interior completion of aircraft including sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites
- ensures compliance with customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations
- coordinates recruitment, selection, and training of subordinate employees
- conducts performance assessments and manages work assignments
- oversees salary administration and recognition or disciplinary actions
- maintains security and clearance requirements
- collaborates with union-represented workforce according to company policies
