Job Duties
- adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures
- extensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- prepare and supervise the preparation of all the pastries and baked goods for the Moose's Tooth
- create and fulfill par levels
- handle, store, date, and rotate all products properly
- monitor and promptly report equipment and food quality issues to a manager
- be a creative contributor to dessert specials
- be responsible for costing recipes (software is available)
- ensure completion of all opening, closing, and side duties
- communicate clearly and professionally with all staff in the restaurant
- work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect
