Job Requirements

  • Friendly, well-presented, polite, and guest-focused
  • Ability to lift 30lbs and safely handle ski/snowboard equipment
  • Able to sit, stand, or move for extended periods
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and extra shifts
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Must adhere to uniform and dress codes

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Ability to learn new technology
  • Team-oriented with positive attitude
  • Capable of working in fast-paced environments
  • Prior guest service experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Create welcoming first impression for guests
  • Acknowledge guests promptly and anticipate guest needs
  • Deliver exceptional guest service maintaining attention to detail
  • Resolve guest issues within authority and escalate as needed
  • Accurately tag and label guest equipment and log daily activity
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Use Resort Point of Sale system to process sales
  • Dress appropriately and be punctual
  • Work in various department locations as needed
  • Take initiative and participate in team meetings and trainings
