Job Requirements
- Friendly, well-presented, polite, and guest-focused
- Ability to lift 30lbs and safely handle ski/snowboard equipment
- Able to sit, stand, or move for extended periods
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and extra shifts
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Must adhere to uniform and dress codes
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Ability to learn new technology
- Team-oriented with positive attitude
- Capable of working in fast-paced environments
- Prior guest service experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Create welcoming first impression for guests
- Acknowledge guests promptly and anticipate guest needs
- Deliver exceptional guest service maintaining attention to detail
- Resolve guest issues within authority and escalate as needed
- Accurately tag and label guest equipment and log daily activity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Use Resort Point of Sale system to process sales
- Dress appropriately and be punctual
- Work in various department locations as needed
- Take initiative and participate in team meetings and trainings
