- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and a minimum of five years of construction experience or seven years of related construction experience with increasing responsibility in lieu of a degree
- experience within the light or heavy industrial sector highly desired
- excellent leadership skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily activities of the quality control program
- attend project pre-construction meetings to discuss the QMS program and review lessons learned
- train team members in the use of quality control program and support question resolution
- perform administrative setup of projects within quality program database and assist in audits
- ensure the quality program provides effective monitoring of overall quality
- accumulate data from quality control program for marketing, training, and improvement
- conduct jobsite inspections and audits and report findings
- perform quality control inspections of installations for compliance
- work with service team to incorporate checklist items into QMS based on warranty callbacks
- inspect products, materials, and equipment for compliance
- ensure manufacturer and installer qualifications comply with contract
- coordinate required sampling and testing
- maintain jobsite test and inspection plans and documentation
- create and maintain project specific quality control plans
