- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or minimum seven years related construction experience with increasing responsibility
- experience within the light or heavy industrial sector highly desired

Job Duties
- Manage daily activities of the quality control program
- attend project pre-construction meetings to discuss the quality management system program
- train team members in the use of the quality control program and support question resolution
- perform administrative project setup and assist in database support and audits
- ensure the quality program provides effective monitoring of organizational quality
- accumulate data for marketing, training, and best practices
- conduct jobsite inspections and audits to ensure quality controls are in place
- perform quality control inspections of installations
- work with the Service Team Manager to incorporate checklist items into the quality management system
- inspect incoming products, materials, and equipment for compliance
- ensure qualifications of manufacturers and installers are current
- coordinate sampling and testing to avoid work delays
- maintain jobsite test and inspection plans and logs
- create and maintain approved project-specific quality control plans
