Job Duties
- Provide customer and clinical support
- assist with HR tasks including new hire orientations and employee engagement activities
- manage facilities and office supplies
- ensure compliance with legal postings such as OSHA
- assist with reports management, data tracking, and administrative tasks for site leadership
- oversee onboarding processes
- maintain employee files and track credentialing requirements
- support payroll processes including reconciliations, audits, and handling employee inquiries
