Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- retail experience preferred
- experience in equipment maintenance a plus
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends and/or holidays
- professional attitude in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Maintains a friendly atmosphere while providing product information, answering guest inquiries, handling cash transactions
- troubleshoots minor operational issues with the equipment
- assists with the repairs and maintenance of equipment, including arcade games, prize machines, ride platforms, and other allied equipment
- assists guests with amusement games and prize selection, as well as stocks claw-style games and redemption center
- monitor and enforce safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all guests
- maintains a clean and orderly area around assigned location
- performs other duties as assigned
