Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends and/or holidays

- Retail experience preferred
- Experience in equipment maintenance a plus
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Maintains a friendly atmosphere while providing product information, answering guest inquiries, handling cash transactions
- Troubleshoots minor operational issues with the equipment
- Assists with the repairs and maintenance of equipment including arcade games, prize machines, ride platforms, and other allied equipment
- Assists guests with amusement games and prize selection, stocks claw-style games and redemption center
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all guests
- Maintains a clean and orderly area around assigned location
- Performs other duties as assigned
