Job Requirements
- 18 plus years old
- ability to work varied schedule including some nights, weekends, and evenings
- experience working with kids preferred
- high-energy and organized
- strong problem-solving skills
- customer-service orientation
- availability primarily on weekends

- ability to work a varied work schedule including some nights and weekends and some evenings for the full duration of the season, approximately 7 weeks

Job Duties
- Field set up and breakdown for game day events
- manage/supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches
- supervise the overall operation of a venue including programs operating on schedule
- demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values
- organize game day equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue
- consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
