Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in aviation management or supply chain and logistics
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Deep knowledge of business aviation maintenance and regulatory compliance
- Ability to travel as necessary
- Flexibility to work shifts necessary to accomplish mission
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's in aviation management or supply chain and logistics
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
- 10+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance and service hub operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of Part 135 operations and regulatory requirements
- Experience with maintenance supply chain management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build professional relationships and foster teamwork
- Critical thinker with strategic planning abilities
- Business acumen with understanding of performance metrics
Job Duties
- Responsible for performance of multiple teams and suppliers who deliver mission ready aircraft in compliance with goals, SLAs, laws and regulations
- Partners and influences MRO supply chain to achieve SLAs and performance goals for unscheduled and line maintenance, interior repair/restoration and cabin cleanliness and stocking
- Oversees unscheduled and line maintenance through management of staff and suppliers at the Service Hub
- Manages Service Hub vendors and provides leadership that models the 20/20 Flight Plan while developing staff and vendors for improved performance
- Monitors and analyzes performance metrics daily to ensure business goals and supplier SLAs are met, adjusts plans and communicates changes across organization
- Ensures operation is kept informed and partners with Maintenance Control Center, Line Planning Group, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Maintenance Training and Operations Scheduling
- Performs other duties as assigned
