Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children or in youth sports
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage and supervise staff
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to maintain a safe and positive environment for youth participants

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Highly motivated self-starter

- Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including some nights and weekends and some evenings for the full duration of the season, approximately 7 weeks
Job Duties
- Field set up and breakdown for game day events
- Manage/supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches
- Supervise the overall operation of a venue including programs operating on schedule
- Demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values
- Organize game day equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
