Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must have a reliable means of communication
  • must have a reliable means of transportation
  • must have legal right to work in the United States
  • must be able to speak, read, and write English
  • must have a high school diploma or GED or be willing to complete GED within six months
  • must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background investigation
  • ability to obtain a US Government Secret Security Clearance if applicable
  • US citizen or person

  • associates degree or 2+ years quality customer service or related training or equivalent combination

Job Duties

  • greet and assist all incoming guests, visitors and employees with professionalism and hospitality
  • enforce customer access control procedures to ensure compliance
  • manage visitor registration including verifying photo ID, passport or driver’s license
  • provide information about available services and conference room schedules
  • maintain common areas and ensure they are guest-ready
  • perform additional site-specific security or administrative services as required
  • uphold company policies and ethical standards in all duties performed
