Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children or youth sports preferred
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Flexible schedule to work weekends and some evenings
- Willingness to undergo and pass a national criminal background check

Job Duties
- Field set up and breakdown for game day events
- Manage and supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches
- Supervise the overall operation of a venue including programs operating on schedule
- Demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values
- Organize game day equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
