Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- availability to work from 8 am to 4 pm during game days
- willing to work weekend shifts
- valid driver’s license
- ability to interact professionally with children, parents, staff, and volunteers
- must be a reliable and punctual individual
- prior experience in sports or event management is a plus but not required

- experience dealing with youth sports or community programs preferred
- leadership skills to manage volunteer coaches and staff
Job Duties
- field set up and break down for game day events
- ensure program operates on time
- conduct parent meetings when required
- point of contact for all on-field inquiries including resolution of all disputes or conflicts
- answer customer questions and proactively interact with the parents at the field
- manage and direct a group of volunteer coaches and staff to ensure a positive experience for both the players and parents
- distribute all pertinent information to staff, parents, and coaches
- serve as the on-field official and referee liaison
- act as a replacement referee or team coach, when necessary
- organize equipment for daily distribution
- ensure the integrity of the brand
- manage all special events at the field such as opening day and award presentations
- ensure the venue is cleaned and returned to original condition after each game day and event
- manage the sale of merchandise on-site such as mouth guards and concessions
