Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with children or in a recreational or sports setting preferred
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods during event setup and game days
  • Must be available to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings
  • Reliable transportation to and from the venue
  • Must pass any required background checks or screenings as mandated by the franchise location

  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • can work independently and solve problems
  • Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
  • Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
  • Ability to work a varied work schedule including some nights and weekends and some evenings for the full duration of the season

Job Duties

  • Field set up and breakdown for game day events
  • Manage and supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches
  • Supervise the overall operation of a venue including programs operating on schedule
  • Demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values
  • Organize game day equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
