Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children or in a recreational or sports setting preferred
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during event setup and game days
- Must be available to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings
- Reliable transportation to and from the venue
- Must pass any required background checks or screenings as mandated by the franchise location

- Highly motivated self-starter

- Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including some nights and weekends and some evenings for the full duration of the season
Job Duties
- Field set up and breakdown for game day events
- Manage and supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches
- Supervise the overall operation of a venue including programs operating on schedule
- Demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values
- Organize game day equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
