Job Duties
- Manage general operations and evaluate post orders
- review daily log reports and direct shift supervisors
- ensure security team receives consistent training
- implement and enforce security programs
- manage human resources tasks including hiring, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- provide monthly security and safety reports
- administer safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance
- conduct regular testing and audits of security systems
- implement methods to reduce overtime
- oversee development and cross-training of security personnel
