Job Duties

  • Manage general operations and evaluate post orders
  • review daily log reports and direct shift supervisors
  • ensure security team receives consistent training
  • implement and enforce security programs
  • manage human resources tasks including hiring, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
  • provide monthly security and safety reports
  • administer safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance
  • conduct regular testing and audits of security systems
  • implement methods to reduce overtime
  • oversee development and cross-training of security personnel
