Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children or in sports-related roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of sports and game rules
- Ability to physically set up fields and equipment
- Willingness to learn and grow in sports management

Job Duties
- Field set up and breakdown for game day events
- Manage and supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches
- Supervise the overall operation of a venue including programs operating on schedule
- Demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values
- Organize game day equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
