Job Requirements
- One or more years previous experience in front desk, cafe, retail, and/or demo gear shop
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Comfortable using the internet and learning new software programs
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
- Must have or be able to obtain a State Food Handler Card
- Must have or be able to obtain a State Alcohol Server Permit
Job Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in front desk, cafe, retail, and/or demo gear shop
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and comfort with internet and new software
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to obtain State Food Handler Card
- Ability to obtain State Alcohol Server Permit
Job Duties
- Split time between front desk, cafe, retail, housekeeping, and gear rental responsibilities
- Learn reservation, POS, and gear rental software
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out for all guests
- Make and serve cafe food and beverages following food safety and responsible alcohol service policies
- Operate cafe and rental equipment
- Learn general specs of gear in retail and rental shops
- Work opening and closing shifts and follow cash handling procedures
- Assist guests and answer questions
- Develop knowledge of room types, amenities, local recommendations, and activities
- Keep front desk, cafe, retail, and demo areas neat and organized
- Ensure cleanliness of all guest and public areas
- Assist with special events and group meetings including AV and sound equipment setup
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
