Job Requirements
- One or more years of previous front desk, cafe, retail, and/or demo gear shop experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Comfort with internet and new software
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must have or be able to obtain a State Food Handler Card
- Must have or be able to obtain a State Alcohol Server Permit

Job Duties
- Split time between the front desk, cafe, retail, housekeeping, and gear rental responsibilities
- Learn reservation, POS, and gear rental software
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out for all guests
- Make and serve cafe food and beverages following food safety and alcohol service policies
- Have a working knowledge of operating cafe and rental equipment
- Learn general specs of gear in retail and rental shops
- Work opening and closing shifts and follow cash handling procedures
- Take care of guests and answer their questions
- Develop thorough knowledge of room types, amenities, and local recommendations
- Keep front desk, cafe, retail, and demo areas neat and organized
- Ensure all guest areas, including public spaces, are clean
- Assist with special events and group meetings including AV and sound equipment setup
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
