Job Requirements
- 3 plus years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management
- 3 plus years managing operations with an annual sales volume of 2 plus million dollars
- 3 plus years affecting and deciphering budgets and P and L statements
- 3 plus years supervising and training 5 to 10 plus employees
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A valid driver’s license and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle check

Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of fuel sales, retail, convenience store, restaurant, and other on-site services
- Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing, promotions, and customer service
- Hire, develop, and supervise employees including cashiers, maintenance staff, and restaurant personnel
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding fuel, food service, and employment
- Implement and enforce company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
