Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management
- 3+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million
- 3+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
- 3+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle check
- Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and occasional lifting of items over 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of fuel sales, retail, convenience store, restaurant, and other on-site services
- Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing, promotions, and customer service
- Hire, develop, and supervise employees, including cashiers, maintenance staff, and restaurant personnel
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding fuel, food service, and employment
- Implement and enforce company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
