Job Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in warehouse operations management
- minimum 7 years of experience leading both direct and indirect reports
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- strong communication skills
- ability to meet physical demands of role including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Strategically lead hub and spoke warehouses to achieve performance goals and OKRs
- Partner with the Regional Vice President to design and execute network-wide initiatives driving operational excellence
- Drive continuous process improvement by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions
- Take full accountability for regional Profit and Loss management including budgets and labor costs
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor KPIs and provide insights to senior leadership
- Ensure 100% safety compliance while fostering a safety-first culture
- Direct, coach, and mentor site leaders ensuring effective team management and development
- Lead succession planning and talent development for leadership
- Maintain on-the-floor visibility, communicate operational updates to stakeholders effectively
- Manage physical demands of the role including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs during peak times
