Job Duties

  • Greeting visitors and answering phones to provide a positive first impression for the office
  • managing on-site building coordination including facilities, equipment management, and technology
  • conducting new hire orientation and onboarding with equipment and space setup
  • acting as liaison between home office and building management for space planning and maintenance
  • assisting with administrative tasks such as mail and package processing, office communications, event coordination, supply ordering, expense processing, business resumption planning, and project work
  • providing administrative support and collaborating with multiple teams including New Business and Marketing to support customer experience
  • prioritizing and problem solving to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
