- high school diploma or equivalent
- able to lift 50 pounds
- able to walk or stand most of the day
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- highly motivated self-starter
- strong team player
- experience in a similar role preferred
- knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance preferred
