Job Requirements
- FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with airplane single-engine land (ASEL) with instrument rating
- Must be able to relocate to within 90 minutes of the FlightSafety Dallas - North facility
- Must meet the requirements of 14 CFR § 135.337 and 135.338 for simulator qualification
- Excellent presentation ability
- Four year college degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of and the ability to teach aircraft systems, operating procedures and policies
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team oriented and self-directed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Ability to learn new software and systems efficiently
- Some travel required as needed at other training locations
- Ability to work flexible work hours
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Conduct initial, recurrent, upgrade training and checking in the Pilatus PC-12 simulator
- Generate and maintain the schedule of sessions in the Dallas simulators throughout the year
- Assist the Director of Training in researching, evaluating, and implementing new or revised training systems, policies, and procedures
- Teach aircraft systems, operating procedures and policies effectively
- Provide excellent presentations and maintain clear communication with trainees
- Ensure compliance with FAA and company training standards
- Collaborate with team members to enhance training quality
