Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- strong communication skills
- customer service orientation
- ability to stand for long periods
- basic knowledge of food and beverage products
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Understand and speak English
- previous cash handling experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions
- ensure register is stocked with rolls of register tape, pens, clipboards, and a bottle opener
- count cash at beginning and end of shift
- have a complete knowledge of all food and beverage products to answer guest questions
- notify manager of any voids or refunds before the end of the day
- assist guests with directions
- other duties as assigned
