Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in event planning, coordination, hospitality, or customer service
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during major events
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with event management tools is desirable

Job Duties
- Assist Signature Experiences team with event preparation, including timelines, layouts, vendor coordination, and event materials
- Collaborate with internal departments (catering, set-up, AV, site décor, facilities) to ensure seamless execution
- Provide administrative support, including event documentation, communication, and scheduling
- Support event setup, operations, and teardown for large-scale events
- Act as an on-site contact for staff, volunteers, and vendors during events
- Ensure guest experiences meet Thanksgiving Point standards of quality, safety, and service
- Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving during live events
- Greet and assist guests, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide clear communication and direction to volunteers and part-time staff supporting events
- Collect post-event feedback and assist in evaluation processes
