Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 years project production coordinator or client management experience

- Must pass reference and background checks

- Basic computer skills with ability to learn and implement sign making related systems
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Formal design or sign making education
- 3 years or equivalent experience as project production coordinator or client management
- Excellent communication and managerial skills

- Track record of winning, closing deals and leading a department
- Energetic and pleasant personality
- Basic computer skills with ability to learn and implement sign making systems
- Understanding of company sign layout philosophy preferred
- 3 years or equivalent production operations experience preferred
- Consultation or sales experience and/or one year supervisory experience preferred
- Background in vinyl creation and application preferred
- Experience with GRAPHTEC plotter/cutter and related software preferred
- Experience with large format digital printing preferred
- Experience with roll over laminating table preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows preferred
- Expertise in Adobe Design Creative Suite preferred
Job Duties
- Customer service, reception, consultations, developing quotations and closing sales following our core customer service philosophies
- Client management
- Coordination of projects from start to finish including intake and follow-up, site visits and estimating, follow-up and closing process, material check, design and production layout, sign making and installation, quality control and client notice, close out paperwork
- Sign and graphic design and production layout for all companies
- Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
- Proofreading and editing all documentation
- Understand product use and how to use them in production
- Supply tracking and ordering
- Management of media profile
- Learn new technologies, skills and techniques to become a better sign making professional
- Use time tracking software daily
- Assist in maintaining company signage equipment
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area
- Monthly departmental reporting if needed
- Adhere to procedures and policies common to all companies
- Other projects and jobs as needed
