- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- physically capable of standing for long periods and performing manual tasks

- valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for delivery drivers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or customer service preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to learn tasks quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- leadership experience or potential for leadership roles
- basic knowledge of food safety and handling is a plus
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery drivers
Job Duties
- Take orders and enter them into the system through phone, walk-ins, or drive-thru
- perform basic food prep like making salads and boxing orders
- train new front crew members in order taking and food prep
- handle common customer disputes with friendly communication
- close the store by completing closing lists and shutting down POS
- assist in executing successful kitchen shifts
- perform roles like dough slapping, oven catching, and pizza making
- ensure timely and quality preparation of orders
- maintain kitchen stations
- lead kitchen crew and support their skill development
- deliver orders courteously and timely to customers
- help with store maintenance tasks like trash disposal, sweeping, washing dishes, catching the oven
