Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years supervisory experience preferably in unionized environment
- ability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 1 pm to 9 pm
- demonstrated leadership and communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- strong problem-solving abilities
- capacity to manage and motivate a team
- ability to respond to client concerns and resolve conflicts
- knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- physical ability to move around operation areas frequently
- experience with report writing and presentations
- must comply with ABM policies and contractual obligations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience supervising unionized labor groups preferred
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- excellent communication and presentation abilities
- proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- ability to manage conflict and problem-solve effectively
- experience in transportation or shuttle operations a plus
- knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- familiarity with union contracts and grievance procedures
Job Duties
- Assume ownership of contracted shuttle bus services for the client
- deliver exceptional customer service to client pilot group and flight operations
- lead people, processes, and programs to drive operational excellence
- oversee safety, service, and security of client personnel
- develop, train, coach, and discipline drivers and supervisors
- create nightly operating plans and direct nighttime supervisors
- investigate and resolve client concerns, customer complaints, accidents, and employee disputes
- monitor compliance with union contract and ABM policies
- communicate and collaborate with client liaisons and internal management
- manage resources including vehicle fleet, radios, and equipment
- prepare reports, presentations, and communications for clients and management
- participate actively in union meetings and grievance processing
- cultivate a strong safety culture and ensure safe working conditions
- monitor and provide feedback on employee performance
