Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years supervisory experience preferably in transportation or facility services
- experience working with unionized employees
- availability to work night shifts and occasional weekends or irregular hours
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- valid driver's license
- physical ability to move around the operational environment frequently
- capacity to maintain composure under pressure

- Experience supervising unionized work groups
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and presentation abilities
- problem-solving and conflict resolution proficiency
- knowledge of operational logistics in a transportation or shuttle service environment
- familiarity with Microsoft Office
- ability to prepare reports and deliver presentations
- understanding of safety regulations and compliance
- experience working with collective bargaining agreements
- adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments
Job Duties
- Assume ownership for all contracted shuttle bus services
- deliver exceptional customer service to client's pilot group and flight operations
- lead and manage frontline operational supervisors and shuttle bus drivers
- develop, train, coach, and discipline team members
- build strong client relationships to foster trust and brand reputation
- develop nightly operating plans and delegate tasks to supervisors
- investigate and resolve operational issues including client concerns, accidents, and employee disputes
- communicate daily operational priorities and client requests
- manage supplies, vehicle fleet, radios, equipment, and resources
- cultivate a safety culture and enforce compliance with union contract
- prepare reports, presentations, and communications for clients and management
- participate in union meetings and grievance processes
- cover operational supervisor shifts as needed
