Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience managing unionized work groups
- Ability to work Monday through Thursday 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. with occasional flexibility
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to occasionally work outside normal business hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role
- Experience working with unionized employees and collective bargaining agreements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to write effectively and deliver presentations
- Skilled in problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends occasionally
Job Duties
- Assume ownership and oversight of contracted shuttle services
- Lead and manage a 32-person team including drivers and operational supervisors
- Develop, train, coach, and discipline staff to build a strong team
- Create and implement nightly operational plans in coordination with supervisors
- Monitor safety, service, and security standards ensuring compliance
- Investigate and resolve client concerns, customer complaints, accidents, and employee disputes
- Prepare and present reports, communications, and presentations to clients and management
