Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience managing unionized work groups
  • Ability to work Monday through Thursday 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. with occasional flexibility
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to occasionally work outside normal business hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience working with unionized employees and collective bargaining agreements
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to write effectively and deliver presentations
  • Skilled in problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends occasionally

Job Duties

  • Assume ownership and oversight of contracted shuttle services
  • Lead and manage a 32-person team including drivers and operational supervisors
  • Develop, train, coach, and discipline staff to build a strong team
  • Create and implement nightly operational plans in coordination with supervisors
  • Monitor safety, service, and security standards ensuring compliance
  • Investigate and resolve client concerns, customer complaints, accidents, and employee disputes
  • Prepare and present reports, communications, and presentations to clients and management
