Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management abilities to ensure punctuality
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns is a plus
- Ability to effectively use a smartphone for ride-tracking and business related apps
Job Duties
- Safely transport guests to and from the dealership in a timely manner
- Ability to effectively use technology such as GPS, cell phone/applications, and email
- Provide excellent guest service by being courteous, friendly, and professional at all times
- Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle, inside and out
- Assist guests as needed, including helping with luggage or personal items
- Communicate effectively with the service team to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies while operating the vehicle
