Job Duties
- Transport guests safely and courteously to and from designated locations
- assist guests with luggage
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the shuttle
- ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
- report to Front Office Manager or Hotel Operations Manager
- adhere to all traffic and safety regulations
- provide excellent customer service to enhance guest experience
