Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in US
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Some state and/or airport regulations require a valid chauffeur’s license or a valid state driver’s license
- Must pass a basic math skills test
- Willing to submit to a drug test, background investigation, and MVR/driving record check
- Willing to take a physical as required by regulations
- Able to work at an off-airport parking facility location
- Willing and able to work outdoors and be exposed to weather elements
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Possess hearing and vision faculties sufficient to perform essential functions
- Ability to walk up and down steps, bend, stoop, turn, and pivot
- Ability to grasp, push, scoop, and lift up to 70 pounds
- Willing to work multiple shifts including overnight and weekends

Job Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED
- Ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle
- Possess math skills sufficient to calculate time and money
- Experience driving commercial vehicles such as shuttle bus, large truck, or tractor
- Knowledge of basic vehicle operating mechanics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and professional attitude with strong communication skills
- Excellent dependability and time management skills
- Strong customer focus and team-orientation
Job Duties
- Transports customers by shuttle bus to and from the off-airport parking facility to the airport terminals
- Greets passengers at parking facility/lot and helps with baggage loading and unloading
- Provides optimal service in greeting customers, explaining the shuttle services that are provided, and responding to customer needs in a professional and courteous manner
- Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations
- Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system to coordinate routes and customer pick-ups
- Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the buses to ensure sound operating conditions
- Reports any delays, accidents, hazards, maintenance requirements, vehicle deficiencies or unusual occurrences to the supervisor
