Job Requirements
- Valid class D (Non-CDL) driver’s license in good standing
- at least 20 years old
- valid DOT Medical card or willingness to obtain with company support
- ability to pass background checks and driving tests
- willingness to work part-time shifts between 2pm and 6pm Monday through Friday
- physical ability to assist with opening doors and light equipment handling
- strong communication skills
- dependable and safety-conscious work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Valid class D (Non-CDL) driver’s license in good standing
- at least 20 years old due to insurance regulations
- valid DOT Medical card
- professional driving experience is a plus
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- ability to perform required pre-trip inspections
- reliable and responsible with adherence to safety protocols
Job Duties
- Greeting patrons in a polite manner and assisting them in any way we can
- safely shuttling customers to various destinations
- opening and closing doors for patrons
- adhering to all traffic laws and signs to ensure the safest possible operation of our shuttles
- communicating effectively with customers and co-workers including radio contact with management, shuttle drivers, and lot attendants
- completing required pre-trip inspections to meet federal as well as company safety requirements
- recording passenger counts and trip times
- completing necessary paperwork involved in daily operations
- assisting in equipment set up and break down such as signs and cones
- sweeping shuttles and removing debris to ensure cleanliness
- communicating mechanical problems with shuttles to management
- complying with company procedures for shuttle operations
