Job Requirements
- Valid class D non-CDL license
- Minimum age of 20 years
- Valid DOT medical card or willingness to obtain one with company assistance
- Ability to pass background and driving tests
- Professional driving experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional driving experience is a plus
- Ability to use software similar to ride share applications for scheduling and dispatch

Job Duties
- Greeting patrons in a polite manner and assisting them in any way possible
- Safely shuttling customers to various destinations
- Opening and closing doors for patrons
- Adhering to all traffic laws and signs to ensure the safest operation of shuttles
- Communicating effectively with customers and co-workers, including radio contact with management and staff
- Completing required pre-trip inspections to meet federal and company safety standards
- Recording passenger counts and trip times
- Completing necessary paperwork related to daily shuttle operations
- Assisting in equipment set up and break down such as signs and cones
- Sweeping shuttles and removing debris to ensure cleanliness
- Communicating mechanical problems with shuttles to management
- Complying with company procedures for shuttle operations
