  • must have a valid California driver's license and clean driving record
  • 3+ months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 1+ years in hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • Drive conservatively while adhering to all applicable traffic laws
  • announce stops and answer general questions about the property and local community
  • maintain working knowledge of the property’s facilities, promotions, and special events
  • inspect vehicles prior to occupancy, verifying cleanliness and supplies
  • conduct routine safety inspections of vehicles before and after every trip
  • report any mechanical difficulties and maintenance needs to management
  • maintain written records and reports of all trips, passengers, departure and arrival times, and destinations
  • greet guests and vehicles warmly in the valet area
  • assist guests by opening doors and filling out valet tickets as necessary
  • provide positive interaction with guests and team members
  • maintain confidentiality of guest interactions and property operations
  • travel long distances as necessary
  • perform other duties as assigned
