Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
must have a valid California driver's license and clean driving record
3+ months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

3+ months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years in hospitality preferred

Job Duties

Drive conservatively while adhering to all applicable traffic laws
announce stops and answer general questions about the property and local community
maintain working knowledge of the property’s facilities, promotions, and special events
inspect vehicles prior to occupancy, verifying cleanliness and supplies
conduct routine safety inspections of vehicles before and after every trip
report any mechanical difficulties and maintenance needs to management
maintain written records and reports of all trips, passengers, departure and arrival times, and destinations
greet guests and vehicles warmly in the valet area
assist guests by opening doors and filling out valet tickets as necessary
provide positive interaction with guests and team members
maintain confidentiality of guest interactions and property operations
travel long distances as necessary
perform other duties as assigned
