Job Requirements
- Must be at least 20 years old due to insurance regulations
- Valid class D (Non-CDL) license
- Valid DOT Medical card or willingness to obtain one with company support
- Ability to pass background checks and driving tests
- Availability to work part-time overnight shifts 10:30 PM to 5:30 AM
- Willingness to work Friday and Saturday nights
- Ability to operate company-owned shuttle vehicles safely
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Valid class D (Non-CDL) license in good standing
- Possession of a valid DOT Medical card
- Ability to communicate effectively both with customers and team members
- Attention to detail to complete pre-trip inspections and operational paperwork
- Familiarity with traffic laws and safe driving practices
- Professional driving experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work overnight shifts including weekends
Job Duties
- Greeting patrons in a polite manner and assisting them in any way possible
- Safely shuttling customers to various destinations
- Opening and closing doors for patrons
- Adhering to all traffic laws and signs to ensure safe operation of shuttles
- Communicating effectively with customers and co-workers including radio contact with management and team
- Completing required pre-trip inspections to meet federal and company safety requirements
- Recording passenger counts and trip times
- Completing necessary paperwork involved in daily operations
- Assisting in equipment setup and breakdown such as signs and cones
- Sweeping shuttles and removing debris to maintain cleanliness
- Communicating mechanical problems with shuttles to management
- Complying with company procedures for shuttle operations
