Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- no experience required, on the job training provided
- no high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- may require CDL with specific class and endorsement requirements
- able to safely operate shuttle vehicle
- physical ability to assist passengers and handle luggage
- ability to follow safety protocols and procedures

- preferred one year of prior work experience as passenger shuttle driver
- may require CDL with specific class and endorsements
- good customer service and safety awareness
- ability to communicate courteously with passengers
- basic vehicle inspection and maintenance knowledge
Job Duties
- Transport, load and unload passengers providing daily transportation services at designated pick-up and drop-off locations
- ensure the safe loading and unloading of passengers including the handling of specialized equipment for passengers with special needs
- help passengers to load and unload luggage as needed
- inspect vehicles regularly to find unsafe conditions or maintenance issues and perform routine cleaning and maintenance
- meet patrons needing assistance to and from various airport locations and lots
- inspect shuttle for preexisting damage and record information using electronic devices or manual tickets
- provide excellent customer service responding to guest inquiries in a courteous manner
- maintain and enforce bus evacuation plan and coordinate bus evacuation activities as appropriate
- immediately report any incidents or claims to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
- refuel and maintain shuttle equipment and fuel use logs
- maintain a clean work environment disinfecting shuttle after each use
- perform pre-inspection and post-inspection activities ensuring proper operating and safety standards compliance
