Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license at all times
  • Pass annual or semiannual MVR checks
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Ability to communicate clearly by telephone, radio, and in person
  • Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Availability to work Friday through Sunday shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months of related experience or training
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass criminal background check, MVR, and drug screening
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
  • Completion of Wheelchair Safety Training course as applicable

Job Duties

  • Shuttle guests to approved destinations including hotels, hospitals, casinos and local areas
  • Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure
  • Maintain vehicle activity and maintenance logs
  • Inspect vehicle condition before each shift to ensure safety and functionality
  • Communicate courteously and professionally with guests, staff, and co-workers
  • Adhere to safety standards including wheelchair safety procedures
  • Protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements
