Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must maintain a valid driver's license at all times
- Pass annual or semiannual MVR checks
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Ability to communicate clearly by telephone, radio, and in person
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Availability to work Friday through Sunday shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months of related experience or training
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass criminal background check, MVR, and drug screening
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Completion of Wheelchair Safety Training course as applicable
Job Duties
- Shuttle guests to approved destinations including hotels, hospitals, casinos and local areas
- Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure
- Maintain vehicle activity and maintenance logs
- Inspect vehicle condition before each shift to ensure safety and functionality
- Communicate courteously and professionally with guests, staff, and co-workers
- Adhere to safety standards including wheelchair safety procedures
- Protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements
