Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED equivalent
- experience driving shuttle bus or commercial vehicles preferred
- must possess a valid driver's license with passenger endorsement or CDL
- minimum of two years licensed driving experience
- must be able to pass DOT physical exam
- ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently
- ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
- ability to walk and stand for extended periods in all weather conditions
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment depending on customer volume, shift, or season
- possess positive and professional attitude with strong communication skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Drive shuttle bus passengers safely to and from the hotel
- cheerfully greet passengers and assist with baggage loading and unloading
- operate the vehicle in a safe manner and record any vehicle issues on appropriate forms
- communicate with dispatchers, drivers, and other employees using a two-way radio system to coordinate routes and handle delays or issues
- conduct pre/post trip inspections of shuttle buses to ensure operating conditions
- monitor traffic and weather conditions and notify dispatch or supervisor of potential problems
- report accidents or safety situations to dispatch or supervisor
- treat all customers courteously, friendly, and professionally
