Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Prior experience driving shuttle buses or box trucks required
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- May require commercial driver’s license (CDL) with specific class and endorsements
- Ability to perform physical activities related to loading and unloading passengers and luggage
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
- Must be able to maintain professional and courteous behavior

- Prior experience driving shuttle buses or box trucks preferred
- Ability to operate specialized equipment like wheelchair lifts and tie-downs
- Comfortable using electronic devices to record information
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to maintain and report vehicle condition accurately
- Good communication skills
- CDL with specific class and endorsements if required
- Preferred one year of prior shuttle driving experience
Job Duties
- Transport, load and unload passengers at designated pick-up and drop-off locations
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of passengers including those with special needs using wheelchair lifts and tie-downs
- Assist passengers with luggage handling as needed
- Inspect vehicles regularly to identify safety or maintenance issues and perform routine cleaning and maintenance
- Meet patrons needing assistance at various airport locations and lots
- Record preexisting vehicle damage using electronic devices or manual tickets
- Provide excellent customer service, respond to guest inquiries courteously, and give directions
- Maintain and enforce bus evacuation plans and coordinate evacuation activities
- Immediately report incidents or claims to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
- Refuel and maintain shuttle equipment and fuel logs
- Keep the shuttle clean and disinfected after each use
- Conduct pre-inspection and post-inspection to ensure compliance with safety and Department of Transportation standards
