Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- high work ethic and self-initiative
- ability to work in high pressure situations
- willingness to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- possess a valid state driver's license or chauffeur's license
- proof of safe driving record as indicated by Motor Vehicle Record
- enjoy working as part of a team providing great guest experiences

Job Duties
- Greet all guests arriving and departing the hotel
- hold the front doors as guests enter and exit
- ensure guests feel welcome and provide excellent guest service
- carry baggage to guests' rooms
- accurately tag and store luggage while maintaining records
- safely drive the hotel shuttle van
- have knowledge of hotel property, staff and services with operating hours
- give clear and accurate directions to hotel facilities and local attractions
- suggest and promote hotel amenities such as restaurant, lounge, spa
- respond to requests for bell services within 2 minutes
