Job Requirements
- Less than high school education or one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid CDL Class A, B, or C Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement
- DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card)
- Ability to work varied shifts including 3rd shift and/or weekends if required
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English
- Neat and clean appearance, wearing uniform
- Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, handle cash and equipment, and lift or move up to 75 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers and colleagues
- Ability to add, subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide by tens and hundreds
- Basic understanding of American currency
- Neat and clean appearance, wearing uniform at all times
- Physical capability to stand, walk, handle cash and equipment regularly and occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional client and customer experience guided by the SP+ Promise including answering questions, offering city directions, and ensuring positive interactions
- Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness of shuttle bus interiors, fuel buses, and log trip counts
- Assist disabled passengers and customers with luggage when applicable
- Be punctual, present, and in uniform for all scheduled shifts
- Maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license and an acceptable DMV record at all times
- Report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, and unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager
- Communicate environmental hazards such as debris and spills to the garage office
- Substitute for Cashiers or Valets when authorized
- Maintain thorough knowledge of garage areas, major streets, landmarks and freeways to assist customers effectively
- Assist Facility Manager with additional duties as required
