Job Requirements
- Valid Class B license
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- good communication skills
- knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- high school diploma or equivalent
- physical ability to perform duties including standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, and smiling
- ability to maintain neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
- ability to adhere to safety and security procedures

Job Duties
- Drive guests between airport and hotel and local area
- obey all traffic rules and speed limits for safe, accident-free trips
- open and close vehicle doors for guests
- check guest luggage for day and overnight visits
- assist guests with storing and retrieving luggage, including from vehicles
- utilize bell carts to transfer luggage and packages
- run hotel errands as instructed by management
- maintain and clean lobby station and baggage room
- ensure lobby and hotel front area are neat and clean
- greet and welcome guests to the hotel
- provide travel directions and recommendations for local attractions and services
- answer phones to assist PBX/guest calls
- restock supplies at front desk and business center
- clean and inspect hotel vehicles, maintain cleanliness, pump gas, obtain oil changes
- complete vehicle mileage reports
- report emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damage, mechanical problems and safety hazards
- adhere to company policies and safety procedures
- assist other front desk personnel as needed
- perform related duties as requested by supervisor or manager
